Christian Bloch Thomsen

Summary
I'm a skilled developer specializing in web and frontend technologies, with a focus on data-driven frontend applications that support business-critical processes.
I have worked with React and the wider React ecosystem as the primary frontend technology. I quickly understand complex problems and business processes and am accustomed to working in project teams alongside developers, project managers, and graphic designers. I am a dedicated team member who goes the extra mile to meet project goals and support my colleagues.
In 2022, I made the decision to move into freelancing. Since then, I have worked for clients, such as Jyske Bank, Per Aarsleff and the United Nations.

Part of a frontend team that built a large web application, aimed at disrupting the real estate case management software industry and digitalizing the way realtors work internally and with their customers. The project includes calendar and task management, a messenger-style chat system for communicating with clients, a document management system, loan calculation, an interface with banks, lenders, and public real estate data, and much more. Part of a small startup company of 4 developers, aimed at creating an online platform for job applicants to apply to jobs, by answering three to five predefined employer questions, using the camera on their cell phone and an app created by Joblicate. Employers could then evaluate each applicant's video answer, from the platform and pick out suitable candidates. I have worked as a frontend developer, on the web platform registration module and question setup module in React. The company was sold to a big Danish job board, 6 months after he started at the company.

The blog integrated with the Yammer account of the CEO.
